The Floresville Economic Development Corporation (FEDC) is a 4B sales tax corporation created in 1997, by the Floresville City Council and residents who recognized the need to set aside funding to enhance Floresville’s business climate and overall economic development. The FEDC is responsible for promoting and funding community facilities and related projects throughout the City to promote a more robust local economy.

Our Mission

The mission of the Floresville Economic Development Corporation (FEDC) is to improve the business environment and overall economic opportunity for Floresville, Texas through targeted business attraction, real estate development, community promotion, and collaborative partnerships with business; and to increase tourism to the area by improving historical and culturally significant sites.

Board Meetings

Regular meetings are open to the public and participation is encouraged. Meetings are normally held the second Monday of each month at 6:00 pm at Floresville City Hall, 1120 D Street.
